Role: Yardi Consultant
Location: onsite in Dallas, TX / Austin TX/ Bay Area CA/Irvine CA or Remote.
Broad understanding of Voyager 7, Core Commercial with international accounting principles including tax/VAT, Investment Management, Job Cost and construction accounting, Advance Budgets, Voyager 8 Construction Manager, Fund Accounting, and comprehension on Yardi database structure with SQL scripting.
Role Descriptions:
Yardi Support
1) New User Setups
2) Property Setup
3) Entity Setup
4) If any need to add GL accounts based on request with proper approval (Charts of accounts)
5) To provide access past periods based on incidents on monthly basis.
