Hybrid IT Support Engineer - Level 2/3 & Cybersecurity

Advanced Technology is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist with 3+ years in desktop, server and cloud support to assist business clients in the Coffs Harbour / Port Macquarie area. You will manage Office 365, cloud security and backup solutions while improving the cybersecurity program.

The role requires strong networking and AD/DNS/DHCP skills, and the ability to work autonomously and collaborate with vendors. Hybrid work is available with on-site duties and occasional remote tasks.
