Job Summary

We are looking for a Workday Integration Developer with 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and Web Services while collaborating with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Workday Integration experience.
• Experience with Workday Studio.
• Experience developing EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) integrations.
• Knowledge of Core Connectors (Worker, Payroll, Benefits, Financials).
• Experience with Document Transformation (XSLT).
• Experience with Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
• XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON.
• Experience with Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields.
• SFTP and middleware integration experience.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Workday inbound and outbound integrations.
• Configure EIBs, Core Connectors, and Studio integrations.
• Build integrations using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Create calculated fields and custom reports.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and resolve production issues.
• Support Workday releases and regression testing.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and third-party vendors.
• Prepare technical documentation and unit test cases.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
