About the Role


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our staffing and recruitment services. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in IT and/or Non-IT staffing sales, client relationship management, and business development.




Responsibilities



  • Business Development & Client Acquisition
  • Identify and acquire new clients for staffing and recruitment services.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, LinkedIn, and market research.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand hiring requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and convert prospects into clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, HR leaders, and procurement teams.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with existing clients.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Negotiate commercials, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Drive revenue growth through staffing, permanent hiring, contract staffing, and recruitment solutions.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and revenue reports.
  • Coordination with Delivery Team
  • Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Monitor delivery performance and resolve escalations.
  • Ensure SLA adherence and quality hiring support.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Identify new market segments and expansion opportunities.
  • Provide feedback on market demands and client expectations.

  • Qualifications



    • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • 3-8 years of experience in Staffing Sales or Recruitment Business Development.


    Required Skills



    • Strong experience in Staffing Sales, Recruitment Sales, or Workforce Solutions.
    • Proven success in new client acquisition and revenue generation.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong understanding of IT and Non-IT recruitment processes.
    • Ability to build and manage client relationships at senior levels.
    • Experience in contract staffing, permanent hiring, RPO, or managed services is preferred.

    • Experience working with staffing consultancies or recruitment firms.
    • Strong network of HR, TA, and business stakeholders.
    • Self-motivated and target-driven professional.
