Location: San Antonio, TX and Plano, TX- Onsite.
Contract: 6-9+ months.

Mandatory Skills: Salesforce and Strong expertise in metadata migration using Copado
 
Job Description:
-Minimum 8 years of experience managing Salesforce org migrations using Copado, enabling streamlined CI/CD processes, version control, and automated deployments across environments
-Proven experience managing end‑to‑end Salesforce deployments using Copado across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments
-Hands‑on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Copado integrated with Git‑based version control systems
-Strong expertise in metadata migration using Copado
-Experience coordinating data migration alongside metadata deployments using Copado workflows and external tools
-Ability to automate deployments with quality gates, code reviews, and defined promotion paths
-Experience conducting impact analysis and resolving dependencies prior to deployments
-Exposure to multi‑org strategies or org consolidation initiatives
-Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
