Job Title: Scrum Master with Oracle CPQ
Location:   Irving TX  / Onsite
Duration: 6 months
Bill Rate: $60/c2c or $53/w2

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Agile Framework Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with Scrum (primary) and working knowledge of SAFe / Kanban
End to end facilitation of:
Sprint Planning
Daily Standups
Sprint Reviews
Retrospectives
Backlog Grooming
Story point estimation techniques (Planning Poker, T shirt sizing)
Velocity tracking, burndown/burn up charts
Handling dependencies across CPQ + CRM + ERP teams
Agile Metrics & Tools
Jira / Azure DevOps for:
Backlog management
Sprint tracking
Release planning
Measuring:
Sprint predictability
Cycle time
Team velocity
