Multi-Specialty Account Manager | Tampa, FL | Hybrid | $110,000 - $126,000 We're hiring on behalf of a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated exclusively to brain health. The Role • Lead the promotion of the psychiatry portfolio by executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge. • Develop and execute business plans using data-based insights to maximize sales performance within the assigned territory. • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders. • Demonstrate deep understanding of the local market, therapeutic area, and reimbursement dynamics. • Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical and regulatory environment policies and procedures. • Effectively manage territory and travel to engage with customers and attend industry events. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. • 2-5 years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or related healthcare sales experience. • Proven ability to excel in sales, including strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Demonstrated adaptability and a strong work ethic. • Proficiency in data analysis and utilizing digital tools for sales execution. • Must reside within 40 miles of the territory boundaries (Tampa, Lakeland, Sarasota, and Bradenton) and possess a valid driver's license.
