The Role • Lead and supervise a team of service technicians, ensuring high-quality work and efficient operations. • Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, especially on complex tasks. • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards. • Drive team performance towards achieving branch and personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Maintain tools, equipment, and the workshop in excellent condition. • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to promote and sell Value Added Products and Services (VAPS).
