Location: Portsmouth Naval Shipyard– Kittery, ME
Clearance Required: Active Secret Clearance
Pay Range: $38 – $40/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Contract Duration: 2 Years Remaining
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Overview:
Our client is seeking a Network Engineer with an active Secret clearance to join our team supporting the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps at Naval Weapons Support Center in Portsmouth, NH. This is a long-term opportunity with a stable federal contract and a streamlined one-and-done interview process.

Responsibilities:
As a Network Engineer, you will provide hands-on support for Layer 1 and Layer 2 network infrastructure across Navy and Marine Corps installations. Your day-to-day will include: Troubleshooting and diagnosing network issues
Routing and switching configuration and support
Working with Cisco, Brocade, and Juniper devices
Providing customer service and technical support
Participating in training and education initiatives Required Qualifications: Active Secret clearance or higher
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of professional expereince Minimum 4 years of professional networking experience
Security+ Certification
CCNA Certification
Hands-on experience with network hardware and protocols
