Weekend Shift Lead (Welding / Fabrication)

Production Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Weekend Shift Lead is a hands-on production leader responsible for leading and supporting weekend shift manufacturing employees while actively performing production work. This role sets daily priorities, ensures safe and efficient operations, and serves as the first point of contact for workflow, quality, and safety concerns. The ideal candidate will have welding experience; however, candidates with machine shop or first-entry manufacturing experience may also be considered.
Schedule:
Friday-Sunday: Work 36 hours, but get paid for 40 hours. *OT Opportunities throughout the week also available*
