Car Sales Executive

An exciting opportunity for a Car Sales Executive within the Bridgend area has arisen for our Motor Trade Client!

Working within a franchise-approved car dealership, the successful Car Sales Executive will be representing a Prestige Automotive Brand and will be well versed in providing exceptional levels of customer service.

Benefits for the successful Car Sales Executive:

• Start basic salary of £18,000 per annum with an initial 3-month salary guarantee.
• Performance-related commission earned providing an uncapped on-target earnings of around £45,000 per annum.
• Personal company car.
• 22 days annual holiday allowance plus 8 bank holidays (any bank holidays worked, you shall gain a day off in lieu).
• Holiday pay is paid on a 90-day average of your wages, not at your basic salary rate.
• Full in-house and manufacturer-approved training.
• Contributory workplace pension scheme.

• 9:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 2 weekends (Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm and Sunday 11:00am-4:00pm). You will receive one scheduled day off in the week when you work a weekend.

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

• Maintaining an outstanding product knowledge of the cars and vehicles you are selling
• Ensuring that you are providing an excellent level of customer service
• Carrying out Vehicle Demonstrations and Test Drives
• Meeting Car Sales Targets
• Advising on and upselling on finance, insurance and accessories.

For your hard work as a Car Sales Executive for our client you can expect to earn an OTE of £45,000 per annum.

It is essential that you hold a current UK driving Licence and have a real passion for Car Sales and the Motor Trade.
