Project Manager - Construction - Manchester

We are working with a Northwest based Construction company who are looking for a Project Manager to work on projects across the Northwest. The role is working in the industrial, commercial, Residential and public Building sector.

They have secured a number of new commercial build developments and are looking for a Project Manager to lead the construction teams on the projects. The role would suit someone with previous design and build experience, ideally involved in design, planning and pre construction.

Roles, Skills and Qualifications -Leading the Project, overseeing site management team -Working with the key stakeholders to ensure the project is progressing -Developing project programmes -Client facing, working alongside local authorities -Organising and Managing sub contractors -Working alongside commercial and design teams -Chairing project meetings -Providing weekly/monthly reports -SMSTS -First aid -HNC/HND in Construction -CSCS Managers card - NVQ level 6 + -Previous experience of leading multi million £ construction project -Driving Licence -Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills -Any other industry related qualifications would be an advantage
