ProHub Solutions Specialist: Master Complex GDS Escalations

Global Supply is seeking a ProHub Solutions Specialist - South Bank, QLD to own second level escalations from consultants and travel managers across all FCTG brands. You will resolve complex air/GDS issues, work across Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport and TPConnect, and improve offshore/AI resolution quality.

You will also build knowledge content and self service tools while spotting patterns to drive root cause fixes and deliver standout service.
