The Role

• Partner with leadership teams on recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations for assigned corporate teams.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and source top candidates.
• Coach managers on performance management and organizational planning.
• Interpret and apply HR policies and procedures to provide balanced solutions.
• Lead and support cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.
• Guide employees and leaders in defining career paths and development opportunities.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR or business experience.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
