Job Title: Oracle EPM Consultant FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant with strong expertise in Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) to design, implement, and support Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with financial consolidation, close processes, reporting, and Oracle EPM applications, along with strong functional and technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support Oracle EPM Cloud FCCS solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
• Configure FCCS applications, metadata, consolidation rules, calculations, and business rules.
• Develop and maintain data integrations using Oracle Data Management (FDMEE/DM) and EPM Automate.
• Build financial reports, dashboards, and ad hoc reports using Financial Reporting Studio and Smart View.
• Support financial close, consolidation, currency translation, and intercompany eliminations.
• Perform application maintenance, security setup, user provisioning, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams during implementations and upgrades.
• Prepare technical documentation, testing scripts, and user training materials.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Oracle EPM implementation and support experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle FCCS.
• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud modules such as:
• FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close)
• ARCS (Account Reconciliation) preferred
• Experience with Data Management (FDMEE/DM), Smart View, Financial Reporting, and EPM Automate.
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation, statutory reporting, currency translation, and intercompany eliminations.
• Experience writing business rules using Calculation Manager.
• Knowledge of SQL and basic scripting is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle EPM Cloud implementation certifications.
• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle Fusion integrations.
• Experience with REST APIs, Groovy scripting, and automation.
• Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Desired Experience

• 5 10+ years of Oracle EPM experience.
• Multiple Oracle FCCS implementation or migration projects.
• Experience working with global finance organizations and month-end close processes.
