Motorcycle Sales Manager

Duties of a Motorcycle Sales Manager:

• Lead and motivate the motorcycle sales team at a prominent Christchurch dealership
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and surpass targets
• Manage the sale of new and used motorcycles, including stock presentation and inventory control
• Promote and upsell parts, accessories, clothing, warranty, and GAP products
• Effectively use enquiry management technology and CRM systems to enhance customer engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, community, and marketing teams
• Coordinate and facilitate summer motorcycle promotional events
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages engagement and professionalism

Requirements of a Motorcycle Sales Manager:

• Proven experience as a Motorcycle Sales Manager or in a senior sales role within the motor trade
• Demonstrable leadership and team management skills
• Genuine passion for motorcycles and delivering exceptional customer service
• Full UK Motorcycle Licence is essential
• Flexibility to work Saturdays and participate in promotional activities
• Knowledge of CRM systems and digital sales processes
• Driven, enthusiastic, and customer-focused approach to sales and leadership
