Role: Senior Payments Transformation Lead

Location: Miami, FL or New York City NY

Must be able to go to Miami, FL or New York City, NY office.

Job Description:

* Lead and coordinate a portfolio of strategic US payments transformation initiatives.

* Shape operating models, plans, roadmaps, governance, and executive decision materials.

* Coordinate internal teams and external financial partners; manage dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions; and improve efficiency, resilience, controls, and operational sustainability.

Required:

* Must be able to go to Miami, FL or New York City, NY office.

* 12+ years in payments, fintech, financial services, banking, or related consulting, including significant US market experience.

* Deep expertise in FBO structures, money movement, safeguarding, settlement, reconciliation, and US payments regulation. Strong senior stakeholder management and executive presentation skills; experience leading complex, multi-workstream programs; sound analytical and commercial judgment.

* Extensive interaction with senior leaders, specialist teams, financial partners, and external stakeholders, so strong communication and influence skills.

* Clear, structured communication.

Desired:

* Merchant or marketplace experience is over bank-only experience.
