Geschäftsführer (m/w/d) | Idar-Oberstein, Germany | Hybrid We are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial individual to lead and grow a successful fitness studio. This is an opportunity to partner with a leading national fitness franchise known for its innovative concepts and strong market presence, serving over 450,000 members across more than 200 locations. The Role • Build and manage your own EASYFITNESS studio as an independent entrepreneur. • Oversee all aspects of studio operations, including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality. • Lead, motivate, and develop your team of employees. • Drive local marketing initiatives and member acquisition strategies. • Ensure a consistently outstanding studio experience for all members. • Uphold EASYFITNESS brand and quality standards meticulously. What You'll Need • Minimum of €25,000 to €75,000 in personal capital. • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive, self-directed approach. • Proven leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. • A genuine drive and passion for building your own business. • Experience in fitness, service industries, management, or sales is a plus (all backgrounds encouraged). • Enthusiasm for fitness, health, and positively impacting people's lives.
