BA/PM (Business Analyst + Project Manager) Salesforce - Toronto, ON - (JK)

* this is 80% business facing role and sit in business (not IT)  

* ~5 years experience working closely with business to deliver technology products

* Lead requirements discussions with business

* Drive requirements delivery with WW team

* Manage all SDLC phases to deliver feature changes to Canada business

* Conduct Testing

* Plan and support rollout activities - training, comms and post GoLive support

* Majority Salesforce project + Other non projects

* SFDC experience desired (Sales / Marketing Campaign). Candidate will support capabilities built on Salesforce

* Strong communication skills to lead and manage product feature discussions and delivery with business team

* Proactive with Good Problem solving skills

* Able to work independently

* Quick learner
