Senior HRIS Business Analyst - Transformation Lead (Hybrid)

Chisholm Institute is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst - HRIS to lead requirements across the HRIS transformation project. This fixed-term, full-time role supports the Senior Project Manager and works across the Victori an TAFE Network with SMEs and an implementation partner.

You will define technical requirements, ensure traceability, and contribute to design decisions, testing and UAT planning. The role is partly remote capable with campus attendance as required.
