AI Content Specialist

A globally leading consumer device company headquartered in Cupertino, CA is seeking the AI Content Specialist to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate photorealistic avatars in HeyGen using prompts to build a worldwide library of avatars for various training scenarios.
• Document processes and best practices for avatar creation and HeyGen tool use so they can be referenced, improved, and replicated.
• Generate video content using AI tools.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot avatar video and voice generation.
• Organize and manage multiple workstreams and a high volume of HeyGen avatars and projects simultaneously.
• Continually refine avatar and voice-generation processes into scalable, automated workflows.
• Document errors and bugs so they can be explained and diagnosed.
• Work effectively and proactively with HeyGen’s support team to resolve issues and propose enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Awareness of inclusion, diversity, and cultural differences in avatar design.
• Comprehensive understanding of HeyGen’s back-end technical details and capabilities.
• Experience using HeyGen for video generation or ElevenLabs for audio generation is a bonus.

Type: Contract
Duration: 6 months with extension
Work Location: Cupertino, CA (hybrid)
Pay range: $35.00 - $50.00 ph (DOE)
