Senior Analyst / Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Analyst/Project Manager in Miami, FL (Florida).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology projects from planning through implementation
• Partner with operations, development, design, construction, POS vendors, and technical teams to support restaurant openings and technology deployments
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and installation schedules
• Lead status meetings, track project progress, and escalate risks or issues affecting completion
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and stakeholder communications
• Ensure technology equipment and systems are delivered and deployed according to project requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Operations Management, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with project coordination, project management, and execution
• Experience supporting POS systems and restaurant technology environments
• Knowledge of restaurant technology platforms, labor scheduling systems, and back-office applications
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Monday.com, Jira, and Microsoft 365 applications
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience preferred
• Large-scale project management experience is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
