Location: Charlotte, NC Salary: Not Specified by Client Description: Our client is currently seeking a Business Execution Consultant 5

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of product ownership, functional expertise in LoanIQ, and hands-on production support experience in a fast-paced financial services environment.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Serve as the Product Owner for LoanIQ platform initiatives and enhancements.
• Partner with business stakeholders (Loan Operations, Credit, Risk, Treasury, etc.) to define product vision and roadmap.
  
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.
• Provide L2/L3 production support for LoanIQ platform issues.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and data issues.
• Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5-10+ years of experience in LoanIQ (Finastra) platform.
  
• Strong experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Lead.
• Hands-on experience in production support (incident management, defect resolution).
• Deep understanding of commercial lending lifecycle (loan origination, servicing, syndication).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
