The Role • Prepare construction machinery and equipment for rental. • Conduct check-out of rental equipment and provide competent customer training on usage. • Perform check-in of rental equipment, identifying and documenting any damage. • Execute inspections, maintenance, and reconditioning of machines and equipment, including UVV inspections. • Carry out minor repairs and servicing in the workshop, on construction sites, or at customer locations. • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the operating premises. What You'll Need • Technical or craft-based vocational training is desirable. • Experience in equipment maintenance and repair (e.g., as a car mechanic, mechatronics technician, or warehouse operative). • Strong sense of responsibility, with precise and reliable work habits, particularly during equipment issuance and return. • A proactive, hands-on approach and enjoyment of teamwork. • Ability to professionally advise customers during equipment briefings. • A valid driver's license (minimum Class B). • Proficiency in PC and smartphone use for communication and documentation. • Fluent German language skills (written and spoken).
