Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities, introducing brokers and potential clients for integration into the company.
- Develop business strategies with a focus on meeting client needs and expectations.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments, including tracking competition, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Build and sustain strong professional relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Provide timely and effective support to CPA/IB partners as needed.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure business objectives and targets are achieved in line with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the brokerage or financial services industry.
- Consistent record of achieving sales targets, with measurable accomplishments being highly valued.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Solid understanding of market dynamics and current industry developments.
