The Role • Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver-assistance systems. • Take on additional responsibilities as an operational leader, overseeing technical aspects and ensuring adherence to company standards and daily planning. • Provide excellent customer service from order intake to vehicle handover. • Manage administrative tasks including invoicing, handling customer funds, and processing incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards are met. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with a preference for experience as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or body and paint technician. • Willingness to undertake a proficiency test or already possess operational leadership qualifications. • Hold a valid Class B driver's license and possess strong German language and computer skills. • Demonstrate a strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication abilities. • Ability to work effectively in a team, independently, and foster trusting, collaborative relationships.
