Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements from project stakeholders.
- Interview stakeholders and evaluate current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify needs and improvement opportunities.
- Support infrastructure-related projects by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and solution documentation.
- Perform data analysis to inform recommendations, project decisions, and solution design.
- Design, test, and support the implementation of technology solutions across infrastructure and productivity platforms.
- Create procedures, documentation, and process improvements that enhance existing systems and services.
- Provide user training, support, and guidance for new or updated tools, processes, and systems.
- Develop project deliverables such as technical requirements, Request for Proposals, and contract scope of deliverables.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business partners, vendors, and leadership to ensure project deliverables are completed according to specifications.
Requirements
- Strong experience using the Microsoft 365 productivity suite.
- Experience working on infrastructure projects, preferably across networking, server, workstation, telecommunications, service center, or related technology domains.
- Ability to manage multiple active projects and assignments while effectively prioritizing work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify issues, obstacles, and opportunities and develop effective solutions.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering a high-quality user and stakeholder experience.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and follow through on commitments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, VoIP, service desk, endpoint, or enterprise infrastructure initiatives.
- Experience preparing RFPs, vendor documentation, contract deliverables, or project scope materials.
- Familiarity with business process analysis, system implementation, user acceptance testing, and change management practices.
