What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage inbound enquiries from homeowners interested in solar and battery solutions

  • Conduct energy consultations (phone / virtual / in-home depending on territory)

  • Understand customer needs and present tailored electrification solutions

  • Guide customers confidently through the buying journey

  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline management

  • Work consistently towards individual sales targets and KPIs

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 1- 2 years experience in a sales role (required)

  • Experience in BDM, telesales, energy sales, appointment-based selling highly regarded

  • Strong communication and relationship-building ability
    Comfortable managing inbound opportunities and converting interest into outcomes

  • Target-driven mindset with strong earning motivation

  • Organised with good follow-up discipline and time management

  • Full working rights in Australia (Working Holiday Visa holders welcome)

  • Availability Monday to Friday
