Job Description

Office & Finance Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location: Adelaide's Eastern Suburbs

Hours: 3 days per week

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office & Finance Coordinator to join our team in Adelaide's sought-after Eastern Suburbs. This part-time role (3 days per week) offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper and administrator who enjoys variety and being an integral part of a successful business.

The role combines financial administration, office coordination, and business support responsibilities. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day bookkeeping functions in Xero, supporting office operations, and assisting with projects and general business administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage bookkeeping functions in Xero, including reconciliations, supplier payments, debtor follow-up, and payroll processing
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reporting requirements
  • Coordinate day-to-day office administration, purchasing, and operational tasks
  • Support project setup, documentation, scheduling, and business coordination
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and external stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support across HR processes, onboarding, and team activities
  • Assist management with ad hoc projects and business initiatives
About You

You are an experienced and dependable professional who enjoys a varied role and takes pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly.

You will ideally have:

  • Demonstrated bookkeeping experience with strong knowledge of Xero
  • Experience with reconciliations, supplier payments, payroll, and debtor management
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confidence working autonomously and managing priorities
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Strong communication and administration skills
