Product Owner/Project Manager

Location: Jacksonville, Florida (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking a candidate to lead delivery and execution for project workstreams. This role involves driving the implementation of tax operations, reporting, and regulatory processes. The position oversees end-to-end planning, stakeholder coordination, and execution to ensure timely and compliant program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery of assigned workstreams, including planning, execution, and tracking against key milestones and timelines.
• Translate program objectives into actionable requirements, user stories, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders such as Tax, Operations, Technology, Legal, and Compliance to align on scope, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Drive the definition of target state processes, ensure readiness for implementation, and support operationalization efforts.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate and resolve blockers impacting delivery.
• Oversee testing, implementation, and transition activities to ensure successful rollout and stabilization.
• Provide regular reporting, status updates, and insights to program leadership and governance forums.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Experience in product management, project management, or program delivery within financial services. Strong understanding of regulatory, tax operations, or large-scale transformation initiatives. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs with multiple stakeholders. Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Skills: Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting tax operations, reporting, or corporate structure changes.
• Familiarity with enterprise program governance and risk/control frameworks.
• Prior experience in large-scale, time-bound transformation programs.
