Job description

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

Lead and manage a team of engineers to innovate and deliver distributed software systems for critical mission functions.
Own the team's roadmap, gathering customer requirements, prioritizing projects, and ensuring software quality and system delivery.
Develop and mentor engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system functionality and deliver integrated solutions.
Drive operational excellence by identifying areas for improvement and initiating changes to enhance productivity.

What You'll Need

3+ years of experience in engineering team management.
7+ years of direct experience working within engineering teams.
3+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems.
Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
