Role - GenAI Developer

Location: Woodlawn, MD (5 days onsite)

Overview:

This role will play a critical role in implementing a proof of concept in the production environment and requires a hands-on developer. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding and experimenting with AI technologies that benefit society while minimizing risks.

- Languages/Frameworks: Python, JavaScript, Node.js, React, Angular

- Full-Stack: APIs, microservices, containerization (Docker, OpenShift)

Position Description / Responsibilities:

- Full-Stack Development: Hands-on expertise (15+ years) across Python, JavaScript (Node.js/React/Angular), APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker/OpenShift)

- Cloud & AI Integration: Proven experience with Azure AI/OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, RAG concepts, and deploying generative AI models securely into production

- End-to-End PoC Delivery: Design, build, and iterate scalable web applications, integrate AI/ML models, manage CI/CD pipelines, and ensure compliance/security

- Collaboration & Communication: Partner with stakeholders, data scientists, and UX teams; document designs; explain complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical audiences

- Ethical AI Focus: Commitment to fairness, transparency, accountability, and privacy in developing responsible generative AI solutions

Experience Requirement: 15+ years total experience - no junior resources
