- Prepare and post monthly journal entries and maintain the General Ledger
- Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and month-end close
- Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reviews
- Compile and analyze financial and statistical data
- Support financial operations across clinics and home health entities
- Partner with internal teams to support business and finance initiatives
- Assist with audits, cost reports, and compliance processes
- Work closely with leadership on special projects and financial analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
- 2-3 years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of:
- General Ledger accounting
- Financial reporting
- Reconciliations and month-end processes
- Healthcare or hospital accounting experience
- Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-site operations
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage confidential financial data with discretion
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
