The Role • Manage the repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" overseeing technical operations, adherence to company standards, and daily scheduling. • Provide customer consultation and support from order placement to vehicle return, ensuring a high level of service. • Handle invoicing, manage customer funds, and manage incoming orders and dispatch. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards and corrective actions are met. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training, preferably with several years of experience as a master auto mechanic, auto mechatronics technician, auto mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to complete a proficiency test or already hold the "Operations Manager (HWK)" qualification. • A strong commitment to our values, welcoming diversity in all aspects. • A valid driver's license (Class B), good German language skills, and proficiency in administrative tasks. • Exceptional customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
