• *The Role**
• Design, analyze, plan, and maintain network infrastructure supporting data, voice, and video communications.
• Perform configuration, preventative maintenance, and fault isolation for LAN equipment and telecommunications circuitry.
• Develop network architecture specifications and ensure hardware and software selection meets current and future capacity requirements.
• Maintain expertise in network hardware and software interconnections, including routers, switches, firewalls, and gateways.
• Plan and implement network enhancements and upgrades, conducting thorough testing of network systems.
• Evaluate and report on emerging network technologies to enhance overall capabilities.

• *What You'll Need**
• Expert working knowledge of network infrastructure design, routed data protocols, and associated hardware.
• Bachelor's degree and 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• Active Top Secret security clearance.
• Firm knowledge of core network technologies such as DHCP, DNS, SSH, TCP, and UDP.
• Experience with WAN, LAN, datacenter routing, switching, firewalls, and network security technologies (IPsec, SSL).
• Demonstrated expertise with Cisco product lines and configuration-level knowledge of Cisco Firewalls.
