Domestic Gas Engineer (Servicing &amp; Breakdowns) Cornwall £40,000 - £42,000 We are working with a leading provider of heating, maintenance, and renewable energy solutions within the social housing sector, to recruit an experienced Domestic Gas Service &amp; Breakdown Engineer across Cornwall. Duties of the Domestic Gas Engineer: Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on domestic gas appliances and heating systems.<br />Diagnosing and rectifying breakdowns in social housing properties.<br />Completing repairs efficiently and in line with Gas Safe regulations.<br />Managing parts ordering and job progression to ensure timely completion.<br />Using PDA technology to update jobs, record work completed, and book parts.<br />Liaising with tenants and clients, providing updates and delivering excellent customer service.<br />Participating in the company call-out rota.<br />Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard. Requirements of the Domestic Gas Engineer role: Current Gas Safe registration<br />ACS qualifications including:<br />CCN1<br />CPA1<br />CENWAT<br />CKR1<br />HTR1<br />NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent)<br />City &amp; Guilds Energy Efficiency qualification<br />Previous experience carrying out gas servicing and breakdown work<br />Experience within social housing or housing association contracts<br />Full UK driving licence<br />DBS clearance// willingness to get one Benefits of
