Job Title: Recruitment Account Coordinator
Location: Lutterworth
Pay Rate: 13.50 to 14.00 per hour
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday (07:00 - 15:00) or Sunday to Thursday (19:00 - 06:00)
Experience: Previous experience working within Customer Services and/or Recruitment would be beneficial
Contract Type: Temp to Perm (after 12 weeks)

The Role
As a Recruitment Account Coordinator, you will report into the Senior Account Manager and your duties will include:

• Performing shift check-ins
• Monitoring workforce performance
• Entry of daily hours into internal reports & systems
• Creating daily staff plans and managing the availability pool
• Dealing with client and worker requests
• General data entry and management
• General office duties (photocopying, scanning etc.)
• Leading site tours and employee inductions
• Governance and compliance checks

No two days are the same, so we're looking for people who enjoy keeping busy and are happy to learn new skills. You should be great a building relationships with different types of people.

About You
Previous experience working in Customer Services or Recruitment is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
