UKG WFM Configuration Consultant

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced UKG WFM Configuration Consultant with strong expertise in UKG Workforce Management configuration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring UKG Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduling, supporting integrations, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with business stakeholders. Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities Configure and support UKG Workforce Management (WFM), including Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduling. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations. Troubleshoot system issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Collaborate with business users and technical teams to support WFM enhancements and integrations. Perform system configuration, testing, documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Support WFM integrations using APIs. Analyze reports and data to identify opportunities to improve system performance.

Support ongoing system and operational activities as required. Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Management (WFM) configuration. Strong experience with Advanced Scheduling. Experience with UKG Timekeeping. Experience with WFM APIs, integrations, and system architecture. Experience handling complex WFM configurations. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience gathering business requirements and working with stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Boomi certification.

Preferred Qualifications Healthcare business analysis or workforce-management experience. Relevant UKG certifications.
