Oracle RightNow Support Engineer

job summary:

Join our IT Operations team in Dallas as an Oracle RightNow Support Engineer. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing our enterprise SaaS customer service platform and associated backend technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve support tickets, execute system updates, and uphold high security and compliance standards.

responsibilities:

• Deliver production support and troubleshooting for applications built on Oracle RightNow, PHP, and SQL Server.
• Execute routine security scans, system upgrades, and patching tasks.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable application deployments.
• Manage and resolve support, enhancement, and compliance tickets within defined SLAs.

qualifications:

4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle RightNow / Oracle CX Service.

4+ years of professional development and support experience in PHP.

4+ years of experience working with SQL Server backends.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working in Agile software development environments.

Exposure to .NET framework development.

Knowledge of or working experience with AI integrations and tools.
