Project Manager – Major Cut &amp; Carve / RC Works<br />£25m Project | London Zone 1 | Circa £450 p/d neg.<br />Ready to lead a high-profile London cut &amp; carve scheme in 2026? A leading contractor is looking for a Project Manager to deliver a £25m Zone 1 enabling through to RC Frame project.<br />You’ll join during pre-construction, getting to know the client, team, and scheme, before taking full ownership through delivery. This is your chance to work on a complex, city-centre project with a premier contractor and a strong project pipeline.<br />What You’ll Bring:

• Proven track record managing cut &amp; carve/enabling projects up to £30m
• Experience with Central London’s most challenging sites: deep basements, façade retention, structural alterations, temporary works
• First-class client and stakeholder management skills
• Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
