UI Developer

Kaiser Permanente seeks a UI Developer to craft intuitive, high-performing interfaces for critical healthcare applications. In this role, you'll design and implement responsive, accessible UIs using modern JavaScript frameworks, collaborating closely with product, UX, and backend teams. You'll translate complex workflows into simple, elegant experiences, integrate with RESTful APIs, and ensure performance, security, and reliability. As a senior contributor, you'll mentor peers, influence UI architecture, and help drive best practices that elevate our digital products for members and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive, scalable user interfaces for enterprise healthcare applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into robust UI solutions.
• Implement responsive and accessible front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Integrate UIs with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
• Optimize performance and usability across browsers and devices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications based on user feedback and analytics.
