·       Job Description:

·        8+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.

·        2+ years of hands-on experience designing or implementing AI-enabled solutions.

·        Experience with AI agents, GenAI applications, workflow automation, or agent-assisted development.

·        Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and operationalize AI solutions.

·        Strong collaboration skills with product, architecture, engineering, and business teams.

·        Experience using enterprise-approved AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or similar platforms.

·        Understanding of secure, compliant, and governed use of business applications and data.

·        Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills

·        Design, prototype, validate, and operationalize AI-powered solutions and agents.

·        Develop agent-assisted workflows, automation, and reusable AI capabilities.

·        Partner with product, architecture, engineering, and business stakeholders to align AI initiatives with portfolio priorities.

·        Coach engineering teams on the effective, secure, and responsible use of enterprise-approved AI tools.
