Project & Communications Coordinator
Day Rate: Circa 200- 300 per day
Duration: 6 months, likely extension
Location: London - 3 days onsite per week
We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for an experienced Project & Communications Coordinator to join their team on an initial 6-month contract, with strong potential for extension.
The Role
Our client is looking for a coordinator who can bridge project support and communications delivery, helping drive supplier-facing programs and broader team initiatives. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on organisation, stakeholder management, and producing polished, professional content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage regular communications for internal and external audiences - gathering input, drafting content, coordinating reviews, securing approvals, and managing distribution
- Coordinate with other programs and teams to align communications timing and messaging
- Support a supplier-facing training program, including enrolment, completion tracking, administration, and reporting
- Build presentations from established templates - gathering input from subject matter experts, drafting content, coordinating reviews, and finalising decks
- Provide project coordination support, including organising meetings, maintaining project plans and action logs, taking meeting notes, and following up on actions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in project coordination, project management support, or communications
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Background in project management, communications, program coordination, or a related field
