Role: Sr. Java Full stack Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Microservices, APIs, Cloud, and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate should be able to bridge business requirements and technical implementation while leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Design and review microservices, REST APIs, integrations, and scalable application architectures.
• Lead development teams and manage end-to-end SDLC.
• Drive application modernization, cloud migration, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis.
• Mentor engineering teams and establish technical standards and best practices.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and delivery activities.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS
• Working knowledge of React/Angular and full-stack application integration.
• Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, requirements gathering, UAT, and production support.
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
