The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics to members. • Provide emergency breakdown support, addressing issues from flat batteries to complex faults. • Utilize your technical skills to offer quick, confident, and reassuring solutions on the roadside. • Start and finish your workday from home, with demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week. • Embrace variety and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment with diverse member needs. What You'll Need • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure.
