Job Description

Role: Technical Lead
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)

Duration: Longterm

Skills Required::

  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, cloud, or related technical domains.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead with team management/people management responsibilities.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Linux Administration in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud and enterprise-scale VM infrastructure.
  • Experience managing or supporting environments with 10,000+ virtual machines are highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of vulnerability assessment, vulnerability remediation, patch management, and security compliance.
  • Experience with Chef and Puppet for configuration management and infrastructure automation.
  • Experience with Chef/Puppet reporting, monitoring, compliance, and management.
  • Experience with Anthropic/Claude or enterprise GenAI/AI-assisted infrastructure solutions is preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills.
  • Experience with scripting and automation, preferably Shell/Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational reporting.
