Project Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver Microsoft Dynamics products and service projects. The role requires strong project management skills, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Candidates should have prior experience working on Microsoft Dynamics/Dynamics 365 projects, including implementation, customization, integration, or support projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics products and service projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and schedules.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Facilitate communication between teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Coordinate technical and functional teams involved in Microsoft Dynamics projects.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and documentation for management.
• Drive process improvements and mentor project team members.

Required Skills:

• Experience managing projects involving Microsoft Dynamics/Dynamics 365, including implementation, customization, integration, migration, or support.
• Project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
• Tools: Jira, MS Project, Asana, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
• Leadership: Team coordination, stakeholder management, mentoring.
• Communication: Verbal, written, client interaction, presentations.
• Analytical & problem-solving: Risk assessment, decision-making, process improvement.
• Time management: Prioritization, multitasking, meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical and functional teams on Microsoft Dynamics projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
