Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale change execution and program delivery within a financial services environment. The role will require strong command of Agile tools and methods, disciplined change management practices, and the ability to engage senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders to drive outcomes on defined timelines. This position follows a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days onsite per week and a defined start date requirement due to business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead change management strategy and execution for complex, multi-workstream programs.


• Plan and direct program routines, governance, and reporting to drive accountability and transparency.


• Engage senior executives to communicate status, risks, and decisions with clarity and precision.


• Balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while meeting delivery targets and deadlines.


• Coordinate across diverse stakeholder groups to align on recommendations and execute plans.


• Leverage Agile methodologies and tools, including JIRA and Confluence, to manage scope, backlog, and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7-10+ years of change management and portfolio or project management experience in financial services.


• Proven leadership of large-scale programs at Bank of America or another global financial services organization.


• Executive-level communication skills with demonstrated stakeholder management.


• Ability to establish routines, metrics, and reporting to enable collaboration and governance.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.


• Ability to build consensus among stakeholders with diverse objectives and drive decisions forward.


• Practical knowledge of enterprise change management standards in a global financial services context.


• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools, including JIRA and Confluence.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Tableau for dashboards and reporting.

Additional Details:

• Hybrid schedule. Onsite a minimum of three days per week.


• Defined start date requirement due to business need.


• Primary skill: Agile tools (JIRA). Confluence experience required.
