Job Description
Geologist/Geotechnical Engineer Their role and responsibilities will include trail pitting, site supervision of cable percussive, rotary & window sampling drilling rigs (all in house) logging of soils & rock samples, together with factual reporting.
They will also be responsible for short & long term monitoring of slopes, gas and ground water regimes on our infrastructural projects, together with the database management. It is expected that you would have a relevant degree and a minimum of 1 to 3 years relevant field and office experience.
A full clean driving license will be required and you are available to work away from home for short and long periods of time. Full technical and health & safety training will be provided were necessary. A competitive remuneration package is available, the details of which will be negotiable and subject to age and experience
