Job Description

Job Title:Odoo Implementation/Odoo functional consultant person with Spanish + English speaking.
Location:Remote
Employment Type:Full-Time/Part time
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Odoo Functional Consultant to drive growth, improve client experience and streamline internal processes at a fast-growing tech consulting group with a deep focus in supply chain and manufacturing domains. As the Odoo Functional Consultant your responsibilities will include; working closely with our client to understand their business processes and requirements, documentation and high quality diagrams to align business, functional, and technical requirements, maintenance of sprints and backlogs in Jira, coordination and solutioning with technical team members, UAT testing, Client Feedback and Training, daily and weekly status reports to delivery manager and account executive to maintain project schedules and a clear passion for solving complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis
    • Gather, analyse, and document client business processes and requirements.
    • Identify gaps and recommend suitable Odoo modules and configurations.
  • Odoo Implementation & Configuration
    • Design, configure, and deploy Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Manufacturing, etc.).
    • Customize workflows and business processes within Odoo to align with client needs.
    • Perform data migration, mapping, and integration with third-party applications.
  • Training & Support
    • Deliver training sessions and workshops for end-users and key stakeholders.
    • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and solution optimization.
    • Prepare user manuals, documentation, and training materials.
  • Project Management
    • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
    • Liaise between technical teams and business users to ensure successful project outcomes.
    • Monitor post-implementation performance and suggest improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Stay updated on new Odoo features, best practices, and industry trends.
    • Contribute to process improvements and the development of in-house Odoo expertise.
Requirements
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2+ years as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar ERP functional role.
    • Proven experience in end-to-end Odoo implementations.
    • Strong understanding of Odoo modules and business processes.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
    • Project management skills are a plus.
    • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or Odoo Studio is an advantage (but not mandatory).
  • Certifications:
    • Odoo certification(s) preferred.
